What set us apart from the beginning was experience. With more than 70 years of combined backgrounds in hospitality—spanning operations, sales, procurement, design, and ownership—we understood firsthand the challenges hotel owners face. That knowledge became the foundation of our company and the driving force behind every solution we provide.
Through hard work, creativity, and a passion for the industry, we transformed Q&A from a startup into a respected partner. Today, we specialize in interior design and procurement, managing every stage from concept development and brand approvals to FF&E sourcing, delivery, and installation.

With decades of experience in hospitality—and careers that started from the ground up—we know the challenges hotel owners face because we’ve lived them. That’s why, when we launched Q&A Hospitality Services in 2014, our mission was simple: make life easier for owners.
Backed by an amazing, talented team of designers and procurement specialists, we manage every detail—from concept and approvals to sourcing, delivery, and installation. What sets us apart is more than expertise; it’s passion. Many of us have worked directly in hotels, for brands or owners directly, giving us both an owner’s perspective and a brands guest-first mindset.
That experience drives us to deliver projects that are seamless and on budget. And as the owners, we stay hands-on every step of the way, ensuring the same level of care from start to finish.
